The Longhorns were unable to pick up their first Big 12 series victory of the year this weekend, dropping the decisive third game 5-4 to Oklahoma State on Saturday.
The Texas offense carried the Longhorns to their fourth straight victory Thursday night. The Longhorns defeated Oklahoma State 8-5 on the road in the first game of a three-game series.
The Longhorns continued their hot play at the plate Tuesday, recording double-digit hits for a third consecutive game in route to defeating Texas State 5-3.
