    Melinda Gomez handles a Diamondback rattlesnake at the Capitol on Wednesday afternoon. Gomez is a part of a group called the Jaycees, a rattlesnake enthusiast organization based in Sweetwater, Texas. The group brought about twenty snakes to the Capitol to promote their 58th annual World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater in March.
