Texas linebacker Jordan Hicks earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors last week after recording 15 tackles, a tackle for loss and an interception against Kansas.

114: The rank of Kansas’ total offense with 338 yards per game.

1938: The last time the Longhorns lost to the Jayhawks.

23: The margin of victory when the Longhorns shut out the Jayhawks last season.

2009: On Sept. 12, 2009, Kansas had its last road win when it beat UT-El Paso 34—7. Since, the Jayhawks have lost 34 straight road games.

18: The number on Tyrone Swoopes’ jersey. Nicknamed the “18 Wheeler,” Swoopes rushed for five touchdowns and threw one since being implemented into a dual-quarterback package with redshirt freshman starter Jerrod Heard.
